What is your Returns & Exchange Policy?
Currently we do not refund our products, yet we exchange any of our items if returned in not more than 2 days after purchase, the user has the option of replacing his item with something of equal value as no cash can be refunded.

How can we wash our VOILA! Scarf?
All our products have washing instructions attached.
Like any similar cotton product, Voila! should be washed with similar colors.
Wash in warm water(40 degress).
Do not bleach.
Do not tumble dry.
You can iron.
Voila! products are made of the finest cotton quality and therefore preserve their quality and their color after washing.
What is the matching concepts?
We design and manufacture our products according to the latest Pantone fashion colors. Each season we will release certain colors and all our prints will be extracted from these colors. And as we release shirts, tshirts, bodies, cardigans and jackets of all the season colors, our voila! collection will match our clothing collection and therefore you can buy a whole matching outfit.
If a product is out of stock, when will you be re-stocking?
