If you would like to know more about our returns policy please read the information below. Once you place an order on Bokitta.com you are deemed to be in agreement with our terms and conditions as well as our returns policy.

Returning an unwanted item?

If an item isn’t what you expected or you have buyer’s remorse, don’t worry — we’re here to help. Returns are accepted for items in their original condition. Contact us within 10–15 days of delivery with your order details and the items you’d like to return. The items should be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.

Original Condition

You may try on items as you would in a store, but please do not wear them. Items returned damaged, worn, or in unsuitable condition cannot be refunded and may be sent back to you at your expense. To receive a full refund, all items must be returned unworn, unused, in their original condition, with original packaging, tags, and labels intact.

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so please pack them carefully to avoid damage. Keep proof of postage in case you need to contact us. Return shipping fees for unwanted items are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

To sum things up

  • The items should not be used.
  • The items should be packed with the original packaging received.

Refund amount

  • If you have paid shipping charges for your order, we will refund you the cost of the items less $18 for restocking fee, excluding the shipping cost paid which are none refundable.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping, and the items that you are returning will drop the total value of your order to below the free shipping threshold, we will refund you for the cost of goods returned less $18 for the original shipping and restocking fee.
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
  • Refunds will be made to the same Card**/PayPal account used to place the order or as store credit.
  • We are unable to provide a refund for Cash on Delivery orders, we will provide store credits that can be used on future orders.
  • Charges for the return shipping fees of unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer and are none refundable.
  • Returns due to color shade variation or size are not qualifying for free returns.
  • Loyalty/reward points used are none refundable.
  • Items are shipped internationally which might cause some damages to the packing boxes, therefore such a damage is not considered a defect or a reason for a free return.
  • If you refuse to receive a shipment (due to taxes, customs or any other reason), the courier partners will have to return the shipment back to origin. If this happens, the amount for the initial shipping, return shipping and any other charges will be deducted from your refund.
  • Non returnable/refundable items

    • Items from the clearance section are none refundable, none exchangeable and none returnable.
    • All items under the clearance section are sold on an as-is basis
    • All items discounted 50% and above.
    • All items bought as part of a temporary promotion such as flash sale, happy hour, Massive sale...etc are final sales and none refundable.
    • All pre-ordered items
    • All custom made items (to order)
    • All donation items
    • Accessories

    Disclaimer: The Clearance/Sale items are from older collections and may have a light storage scent. This is normal and should disappear after washing. Clearance items are sold as-is and are non-refundable.

    We aim to finish the refund process within 14 days of having received the returned item to our location.

    ** If the process to finalize your refund is completed within 30 days from the original date of payment, we will be able to refund your original payment method, however, if it takes more than that we will only be able to refund you as store credit.

    After that?

    We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
