We offer FREE SHIPPING to most countries for orders above US$50 (Taxes, duties and fees maybe charged by local authorities).

📦 How will my order be shipped?

  • Orders are prepared and forwarded within 2 working days after payment clearance.
  • We use internationally recognized couriers like DHL and UPS.
  • Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, so please provide a full street address with postal/zip code.
  • Larger orders may be shipped in multiple parts.
  • Bokitta.com will not ship to OFAC-sanctioned countries (as per UAE law).
  • Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

⏱️ When will I receive my order?

  • Once you place your order, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email.
  • Orders require up to 2 working days for processing.
  • After dispatch, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • Track your DHL shipment here.
  • Most orders arrive within 4–5 working days (depending on your location & shipping option).

🌍 Where will my order be shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in Bangalore, India.

⚠️ In case of delays

Once handed over to the courier, delivery times are beyond our control. Most orders arrive within 3–5 working days (or up to 7 during weekends/public holidays). Bokitta is not responsible for delays, but if your items are lost, they are fully insured and you will get a full refund.

Note: If an incomplete or wrong address requires correction, a service fee will be deducted from your refund or loyalty points.

🔒 Transit Risk

  • All parcels are fully insured at no extra cost to customers.
  • If the delivery company fails to deliver, you will be fully refunded.
  • Bokitta is not responsible for stolen or damaged packages after being left at the delivery address.
  • Shipments to schools/colleges/hostels are at the customer’s risk. Refused deliveries will not be refunded or re-shipped.

💰 VAT/Custom Duties & surcharges

  • Import duties, VAT, and custom taxes vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility.They are not included in our billing process. Courier companies may also apply additional service charges.
  • Starting July 1st, the EU charges VAT on all imports.Learn more here.
  • Starting August 29/2025, the USA has removed the deminimus of $800 meaning that all shipments imported to the USA are now subject to taxes.
  • Certain Cities/Zip codes in some countries are considered as Remote Areas and will be subject to a Remote Area Surcharge (on top of the shipping fee) by international carriers. If it happens to be that your address is in one of these areas, our team will contact you prior to shipping your order to provide you with the possible options.
